【摘要】:Tackofprintinginkscontrolstheirhigh-speedtransferproperties,asmanifestedbythroughputinrollmilling,pickingofpaperduringprinting,andwettrappinginmulticolorprinting.Althoughanapparenttackmeasurementdoesnotcompletelypredictthetransferperformanceofaninkoravehicle,itprovidesameaningfulparameterforqualitycontrol,development,andresearch.Agiventackmeterwillproducerepeatableresultsonaday-to-daybasisonlyifproperattentionispaidtocalibrationandmaintenanceproceduresandtocontrolofexperimentalvariablesreferredtoin2.1.1.1.Twoormoreinstrumentsmaynotproduceidenticalapparenttackreadings,butifeachgivesrepeatableresults,theymaybemathematicallycorrelated.Note18212;Anumberofthree-rollertackmetersareavailablewhichdifferindesignfeaturessuchasrollerweight,geometry,andcompositionofthedistributionsystem.Itcannotbepresumedthattestresultsfromtheseothertypesoftackmeterswilleitheragreeorcorrelatewiththosefromthetackmetersspecifiedin6.1and6.2ofthistestmethod.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheprocedurefordeterminingtheapparenttackofprintinginksusingamechanicalorelectronicmodelofathree-rollertackmeter.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletopaste-typeprintinginksandvehiclesthatareessentiallynonvolatileunderordinaryroomconditions.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
