【摘要】:ThisPartofISO8130isoneofaseriesofstandardsdealingwiththesamplingandtestingofpaints,varnishesandrelatedproducts.Itspecifiesamethodfordeterminingtheflowcharacteristicsofafusedthermosettingcoatingpowderdownaplaneinclinedatasetangletothehorizontal.TheresultofthetestdescribedinthisPartofISO8130givesanindicationofthedegreeofmeltflowthatmayoccurduringthecuringofthecoatingpowder.Thischaracteristiccontributestothecoherenceofthecoating,toitssurfaceappearanceandtothedegreeofcoverageoversharpedges.Thetestactsasausefulmethodforcheckingforbatchtobatchvariationinthebehaviourofagivencoatingpowder.Correlationbetweentheresultsfromcoatingpowdersofdifferingcompositionisnottobeexpected.ThismethodisunlikelytoyieldmeaningfulresultswithcoatingpowderswhichhavegeltimesoflessthanoneminuteatthetesttemperaturewhencharacterisedaccordingtoISO8130:Part6.
