【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61400includes:~definitionandspecificationofthequantitiestobedeterminedforcharacterizingthepowerqualityofagridconnectedwindturbine;~measurementproceduresforquantifyingthecharacteristics;~proceduresforassessingcompliancewithpowerqualityrequirements,includingestimationofthepowerqualityexpectedfromthewindturbinetypewhendeployedataspecificsite,possiblyingroups.Themeasurementproceduresarevalidforsinglewindturbineswithathree-phasegridconnection.Themeasurementproceduresarevalidforanysizeofwindturbine,thoughthispartofIEC61400onlyrequireswindturbinetypesintendedforPCC(PointofCommonCoupling)atMVorHVtobetestedandcharacterizedasspecifiedinthispartofIEC61400.Themeasuredcharacteristicsarevalidforthespecificconfigurationandoperationalmodeoftheassessedwindturbinetypeonly.Otherconfigurations,includingalteredcontrolparametersthatcausethewindturbinetobehavedifferentlywithrespecttopowerquality,requireseparateassessment.Themeasurementproceduresaredesignedtobeasnon-site-specificaspossible,sothatpowerqualitycharacteristicsmeasuredatforexampleatestsitecanbeconsideredvalidalsoatothersites.TheproceduresforassessingcompliancewithpowerqualityrequirementsarevalidforwindturbineswithPCCatMVorHVinpowersystemswithfixedfrequencywithin+1Hz,andsufficientactiveandreactivepowerregulationcapabilities.Inothercases,theprinciplesforassessingcompliancewithpowerqualityrequirementsmaystillbeusedasaguidance.ThispartofIEC61400isfortestingofwindturbines,thoughitcontainsinformationthatmayalsobeusefulfortestingofwindfarms.NOTEThispartofIEC61400usesthefollowingtermsforsystemvoltage:-Iowvoltage(LV)referstoUn≤1kV;-mediumvoltage(MV)refersto1kV【中国标准分类号】:F11
