【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportgivesguidelinesforestimating,assessinganddocumentingthedailyvibrationexposureduetotheuseofhand-heldpowertoolsandhand-guidedmachines,accordingtotherequirementsoftheEuropeanPhysicalAgentsDirective(vibration)2002/44/EC.ThisTechnicalReportisaddressedtocompetentservicesfortheassessmentofvibrationexposureattheworkplaceandtonationalauthoritiesandindustrialorganizations.Ithelpstoestablishdocumentationforspecificmachineryorworksituationsandcanalsobeusefulforemployers.ItfollowsthemethodofENISO5349-1andENISO5349-2butinsteadofmeasuringthevibrationmagnitudesatthespecificworkplaces,themethodsinthisTechnicalReportuseexistingvibrationvaluesfromothersourcesofinformationincludingthoseprovidedbythemanufacturersofthemachineryaccordingtotherequirementsoftheMachineryDirective98/37/EC.Itisimportantthatthevibrationvaluesusedintheexposureassessmentarerepresentativeofthoseinthespecificuseofthemachinery.Workplacemeasurements,however,arerequiredifsuitabledataarenotavailabletorepresentthevibrationunderthespecificworkingconditionsorifthecalculationresultsdonothelptodecidewhetherornotthevibrationexposurelimitvalueorexposureactionvalueislikelytobeexceeded.ThisTechnicalReportgivesguidanceonhowtoestimatetheexposuredurationandthedailyvibrationexposureA(8)asdefinedinENISO5349-1.Italsooffersasimplemethodforestimatingthedailyvibrationexposurebymeansofatablewhichindicatesthevibrationexposureasafunctionoftheequivalentvibrationtotalvalueandtheassociatedexposureduration.Bothmethodscanbeusedevenincasesofmultipleexposuresonthesameday.AnnexAgivesguidanceformanufacturersandsuppliersofmachineryconcerninginformationthatwarnsofrisksfromvibration,whichshouldbereportedtothecustomer.
