【摘要】:Thispracticecoversproceduresandequipmentforobtaining,mixing,andhandlingrepresentativesamplesofvolatilefuelsforthepurposeoftestingforcompliancewiththestandardssetforthforvolatilityrelatedmeasurementsapplicabletolightfuels.Theapplicabledryvaporpressureequivalentrangeofthispracticeis13to105kPa(2to16psia).Thispracticeisapplicabletothesampling,mixing,andhandlingofreformulatedfuelsincludingthosecontainingoxygenates.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.ThevaluesstatedinacceptablemetricunitsaretoberegardedasthestandardexceptinsomecaseswheredrawingsmayshowEnglishmeasurementswhicharecustomaryforthatequipment.
